Raw East Texas Wildflower Honey
This is the honey East Texas makes. Bold, golden, and alive with the complex flavors of clover, wildflowers, and whatever else our girls decide to love that season. Every jar is raw and unfiltered — so you may see pollen flecks or natural crystallization. That's not a flaw. That's real honey.

Our specialty honeys change with the seasons and the blooms. Depending on the time of year, we may have varietal honeys from specific nectar sources — richer, darker, lighter, or more floral than our wildflower blend. If you're a honey nerd (welcome to the club), these are for you.

Nucleus Colonies (Nucs)
A nucleus colony — or "nuc" — is the best way to start a new hive. Our 5-frame nucs come with a laying queen (often marked), worker bees, brood in various stages, honey, and pollen stores. They're ready to move into a standard Langstroth hive and hit the ground running.
Our nucs are raised here in East Texas and acclimated to our local forage and climate. They're survivor-stock bees, selected for gentleness and productivity. Spring availability is limited — we recommend reaching out early to reserve yours.

A good queen is everything. We rear queens from our best-performing, gentlest colonies — the ones that overwinter well, build up fast, and keep their honey stores full. Whether you're requeening a struggling hive or expanding your operation, a quality queen makes all the difference.
